Cleaning with high pressure

Cleaning and preservation of ship walls, cleaning of (ballast) tanks and cleaning of cargo spaces. Doornbos Equipment offers a solution for every challenge with high-pressure water technology from 350 to 3000 bar. We have everything you need to get heavily contaminated surfaces spotless and grease-free again using water power. Consider:

• Removal of dirt and fouling on (underwater) ship walls
• Cleaning of cargo areas, spraying tanks clean and removing deposits
• Preparation and preservation of hull or other surfaces with old layers of paint and rust. With high pressure, you can blast the surface blank and make it grease-free. This ensures good adhesion for a new coat of paint or coating.

Among other things, Doornbos Equipment offers high-pressure units from 200 to 3000 bar and various tools, such as spray guns, floor cleaners and remote-controlled crawling robots. Up to 1000 bar, we can clean with hot water.

Suction, collection and disposal

Pressure washing often releases dirt, paint, coating and rust. With our vacuum suction systems, we can directly suction, collect and dispose of loose layers so they do not end up in water or in the environment. Doornbos Equipment offers vacuum units in a variety of designs and with different drives for both dry and wet substances.
